Our Story
We equip young people with the skills and support to lead projects that strengthen their communities.

Our Approach
GLL was founded on a simple but powerful insight: communities thrive when their young people lead. Not as future leaders — as leaders right now, today, in their own neighborhoods and schools.
Through our Leadership Academy, the GLL app, and a global network of partners, we connect youth in under-resourced communities with world-class leadership tools, mentors, and each other.
Every Sustainable Impact Project our graduates launch is proof that the next generation doesn't just inherit the world's problems — they solve them.

What We Believe
Everything we do starts with young people. They are not the beneficiaries of our work — they are its co-designers, facilitators, and leaders.
Our programs are built on research, measured rigorously, and continuously improved. We believe in learning as much as we teach.
We prioritize youth from under-resourced communities. Leadership development should not be a privilege of the already-privileged.
Every program is grounded in local context and culture. Our global network amplifies local impact — not the other way around.
We publish our financials, impact data, and program outcomes openly. You deserve to know exactly how your support creates change.
We don't just train individuals — we shift the systems that keep young people from leadership. Our work is designed to be structural, not just symptomatic.

The days here used to feel long and quiet, but with the young volunteers, they became warmer and full of life again. Creating items that were later sold made me feel proud - like I still have something meaningful to give.
