Phase 1 (2021–2024) – EU Support for REDI: Advancing Roma Entrepreneurs

The focus was placed on the digitalization of Roma-owned businesses and the development of e-commerce, through training and practical support in the use of digital tools and online sales, with the aim of increasing the competitiveness of entrepreneurs.

Volunteers played a significant role in the implementation of activities, through active participation in selected REDI programs. Global Learning Lab’s volunteers contributed to event organization, communication with beneficiaries, fieldwork, and administrative support, while gaining practical skills and valuable hands-on experience. As a mentor and business facilitator at REDI, Martina Iljaz worked closely with them, providing guidance and support throughout their engagement.
